She began her career in corporate property finance at Nedbank, one of South Africa's leading banks and has spent the past decade in New Zealand across development finance, business lending and capital raising. She is a licensed Financial Adviser (FSP1012615) holding the New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services (Residential Property Lending, Level 5). Nick is a property finance executive and business founder with more than two decades delivering funding, development and investment solutions across New Zealand. His experience spans large scale property development, structured finance, private credit, capital raising and fund management, including senior delivery roles on the $2.8 billion Christchurch rebuild and senior project management of a $40 million stadium build.
