About Frank
My career has been in property investment and credit: thirteen years advising on real estate investment at CBRE China, then assessing loans as a senior credit manager. I now bring that to home loan advice as a licensed adviser. I joined Lantern Financial because I saw too many people in the Chinese-speaking community struggling to navigate the New Zealand lending system without clear, honest advice in their own language.
I work across a panel of banks and non-bank lenders, so I'm not tied to one product. I find the loan that actually fits your situation, not just the one that's easiest for the bank.
